Company Share Option definition

Company Share Option means any option to purchase Company Shares granted under the Company’s 2013 Equity Incentive Plan.
Company Share Option means each option to purchase Company Shares that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, whether vested or unvested.
Company Share Option means any option to acquire Company Ordinary Shares or Company ADSs granted under the Company Stock Plans (including, for the avoidance of doubt, market priced options and RSU-style or nil-priced options), whether subject to time-vesting or performance-vesting conditions or a combination thereof.

  • As of the date hereof, there are (i) outstanding share options issued under the Company’s Share Option Plan to purchase an aggregate of 2,367,662 Common Shares (each, a “Company Share Option”) and (ii) 1,277,339 Common Shares reserved for issuance under the Company Share Option Plan.

  • Other than in respect of awards outstanding under or pursuant to the Company Share Option Plan, no Common Shares are reserved for issuance.
