Company Share Option Plan definition

Company Share Option Plan means the ATI Technologies Inc. Share Option Plan, as amended effective January 25, 2005 and, as of the Effective Time, as amended pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement;
Company Share Option Plan means the Arco Platform Limited 2022 Share Option Plan, and any underlying share option agreements that provide for the issuance of Company Options to any Person.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.
