Company Sick Pay. The Company operates a Company Sick Pay Scheme for the benefit of its employees which is in addition to Statutory Sick Pay entitlement. All payments made under this company scheme are at the sole discretion of the Company. Examples of Company Sick Pay in a sentence

  • Staff who are absent from work for reasons of sickness, or injury sustained whilst carrying out their duties for Mind, will receive Statutory Sick Pay only in their probationary period and up to four weeks full Company Sick Pay in a 12 month period thereafter.

  • If you fail to keep in contact, we reserve the right to withdraw Company Sick Pay of which you will be notified in writing.

  • The Executive is not eligible to be paid Company Sick Pay in respect of absence: (a) during any probationary period; (b) after the Executive has given or received notice to terminate the Employment, or (c) while the Executive is the subject of any disciplinary proceedings (including but not limited to during any investigation into any complaint or allegation against the Executive and through completion of any disciplinary hearings).

  • Company Sick Pay will be paid subject to such deductions required by law and subject to deductions to reflect any other sickness benefits received by the Executive for the period of Company Sick Pay.

  • If eligibility for Company Sick Pay expires, the Executive will not be eligible for any further discretionary annual bonus or long term incentive scheme(s) award until the Executive returns to work in accordance with clause 7.4.

  • Employees will not be eligible for benefits under the Company Sick Pay Plan for any period for which they are entitled to receive Employment Insurance Sickness Benefits.

  • Company Sick Pay will be based on the Executive’s normal salary less any State benefits claimable by the Executive on account of his sickness or injury, less normal deductions.

  • The Company Sick Pay Entitlement is the maximum amount of Company Sick Pay which will be paid in aggregate in any rolling 12 month period.

  • The Executive shall have no contractual right to Company Sick Pay.

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Defined Benefit Plan Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the projected annual benefit (determined as of the close of the relevant Plan Year) of the Participant under all Defined Benefit Plans maintained by one or more Related Companies, and the denominator of which is the lesser of (i) the product of 1.25 multiplied by the dollar limitation in effect under Section 415(b)(1)(A) of the Code for the Plan Year, or (ii) the product of 1.4 multiplied by the amount which may be taken into account under Section 415(b)(1)(B) of the Code with respect to the Participant for the Plan Year.

  • Company Benefit Plan has the meaning specified in Section 4.13(a).

  • Company 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(e).

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Compensatory time off means authorized time off earned by or awarded to an employee to compensate in whole or in part for time worked in excess of the minimum work time required of that employee as a condition of his or her employment.

  • Company Cash means all cash on hand or on deposit to the credit of the Company on the Closing Date;

  • Parent Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.07(b).

  • Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Company Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Defined Benefit Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the participant's projected annual benefits (as defined in Section 23.5.11) under all the defined benefit plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer, and the denominator of which is the lesser of 125% of the dollar limitation determined for the limitation year under Sections 415(b) and (d) of the Code or 140% of the highest average compensation (as defined in Section 23.5.8), including any adjustments under Section 415(b) of the Code.   • Company Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).
