Examples of Company Sick Pay in a sentence
Company Sick Pay will include any entitlement to statutory sick pay or any benefits provided by virtue of any permanent health insurance scheme.
To qualify for Company Sick Pay (“CSP”) you must follow company procedures and notification and certification of absent (as outlined above).
Company Sick Pay will be based on the Executive’s normal salary less any State benefits claimable by the Executive on account of his sickness or injury, less normal deductions.
Company Sick Pay is also subject to the Executive's compliance with this Agreement and will not be paid in respect of any period of illness that commences during the first 6 months of the Executive's employment or whilst the Company is addressing performance or disciplinary issues.
The Company reserves the right to pay Company Sick Pay in addition to the above entitlement at its absolute discretion.
Company Sick Pay is also subject to the Executive’s compliance with this Agreement and will not be paid in respect of any period of illness that commences during the first 6 months of the Executive’s employment or whilst the Company is addressing performance or disciplinary issues.
In addition, the Company may pay Company Sick Pay (in full) of up to 6 days per calendar year at the discretion of your Manager.
Company Sick Pay payable to you shall be reduced by any Statutory Sick Pay received by you and any State or other benefits recoverable by you.
If you are absent due to illness or injury, provided that you shall have complied with Tumbleweed's then current regulations relating to incapacity you shall be paid Company Sick Pay equivalent to your normal remuneration for up to 13 weeks continuous absence or up to 26 weeks absence in aggregate in any period of twelve months, and thereafter only for such periods as Tumbleweed in its absolute discretion (without obligation) considers reasonable in the circumstances.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Executive will be entitled to receive the Transition Benefits (other than the Continued Benefits) regardless of whether he remains employed by the Company at the time of payment, and such Transition Benefits will only be forfeited if he breaches Sections 9, 10, or 11 of this Agreement.
