Company Stations definition

Company Stations means, collectively, each full power television station owned and operated by the Company or any Subsidiary.
Company Stations means, collectively, each full service television station, low power television station and television translator owned and operated by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Except as set forth in Section 3.12(g) of the Company Disclosure Letter, neither the Company’s entry into this Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will require any grant or renewal of any waiver granted by the FCC applicable to Company or for any of the Company Stations.

More Definitions of Company Stations

Company Stations means all of the radio broadcast stations currently owned and operated by the Company and Company Subsidiaries, including full power radio broadcast stations, FM broadcast translator stations and FM broadcast booster stations.
Company Stations means the television broadcast stations owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, each of which, as of the date of this Agreement, is listed in Section 1.1(a) of the Disclosure Schedule (which Section 1.1(a) of the Disclosure Schedule shall be updated prior to the Closing Date by the Company (upon notice to Parent) to also include any Company Station acquired after the date hereof in accordance with the terms hereof).

Related to Company Stations

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.
