Company Tax Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company contained in Section ‎4.10 (Taxes).

Examples of Company Tax Representations in a sentence

  • Solely with respect to the Company Tax Representations, for purposes of determining whether there has been a breach and the amount of any Losses that are the subject matter of a claim for indemnification, the Company Tax Representations shall be read without giving effect to the exceptions for items set forth in the Company Disclosure Letter.
