Company Use Gas definition

Company Use Gas means for any period the total quantity of gas used by Company in its gas transmission operations, as determined by Company, including but not limited to gas used as fuel or for testing plus any measurement variance as determined by Company.
Company Use Gas means the amount of gas used for fuel, including compressor and heater fuel; gas used for maintenance; gas lost as a result of Force Majeure events, the ownership of which cannot be reasonably identified; and unaccounted for gas. Changes in Company Use Gas shall be tracked pursuant to GT&C Section 20.
Company Use Gas means for any period the total volume of gas, as determined by Company, including but not limited to gas used as fuel or for testing, used by Company in its gas transmission operations during such period.

  • Pipeline shall not accept any proposed Primary Point of Receipt if to do so would, in Pipeline's sole judgment, impair Pipeline's ability to satisfy existing firm obligations or to receive Company Use Gas at maximum deliverability levels or if the resulting aggregate MDRO's would exceed Customer's MDTQ.

  • For Zone 8, Company may alter the Company Use Gas Rate at any time during the month upon 2 Banking Days notice to Shipper.

  • If a noticed Shipper Imbalance has not been resolved during the resolution period, and the remaining Shipper Imbalance reflects an Overdelivery, Company shall retain the quantity of gas in excess and use it to reduce Company Use Gas.
