Company Wallet definition

Company Wallet means the electronic account, where Available Funds are held.
Company Wallet means the Wallet that the Company will use for the purposes of performing this Contract;

Examples of Company Wallet in a sentence

  • During the Sale Period, Company will create one Token in the Company Wallet for each Token it sells.

  • The Finnish Deposit Guarantee Fund does not apply to the Card or Company Wallet.

  • At Our sole discretion We may choose to offer the Customer a Company Credit limit, which will allow a set threshold of permissible negative balance for the Company Wallet.

  • We mean any event beyond either your or our reasonable control including, by way of example and for the avoidance of doubt, act of God, fire, flood, storm, war, riot, civil unrest, act of terrorism, strikes, industrial disputes, outbreak of epidemic or pandemic of disease, failure of utility service or transportation, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, guidance or direction (including that of a local authority), chemical or biological contamination.

  • We will deal with such instances on a case-by-case basis, but where there is a negative balance in the Company Wallet, We may require the Customer to make up the shortfall and, until there are Available Funds, We may restrict or suspend the use of the Card.

  • On or before the Effective Date, Settling Defendant shall cease selling the following specific products in California: (i) New York & Company Wallet in Orange, SKU No. 84238461, Style No. 9079; (ii) New York & Company Wristlet in Red, SKU No. 84241474, Style No. 9251; (iii) New York & Company Wallet and Smart Phone Case in Red, SKU No. 84241610, Style No. 9259; and (iv) New York & Company Skinny Belt in Red, SKU No. 83065965 (collectively, the “Section 3.4 Products”).

  • The Customer will not earn interest on the balance of the Company Wallet.

  • We will not complete the redemption request if We have reason to believe that the Customer has provided false information, We are concerned about the security of a transaction, if the Company Wallet is not in good standing, if there are insufficient Available Funds to cover any fees or if there are outstanding pending transactions or pre-authorized amounts awaiting settlement on the Company Wallet.

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • Company Warrants means warrants to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.

  • Units serving lower income households means units that are occupied by lower income households at an affordable rent, as defined in section 50053 of the Health and Safety Code or, to the extent that the terms of federal, state, or local financing or financial assistance conflicts with section 50053, rents that do not exceed those prescribed by the terms of the financing or financial assistance.   • Company Options means options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.
