Company Wallet definition

Company Wallet means the electronic account, where Available Funds are held.
Company Wallet means the Wallet that the Company will use for the purposes of performing this Contract;

  • During the Sale Period, Company will create one Token in the Company Wallet for each Token it sells.

  • In any event Our maximum liability is to be limited to the balance of the Company Wallet at the time that the event leading to damages occurred.

  • We will not complete the redemption request if We have reason to believe that the Customer has provided false information, We are concerned about the security of a transaction, if the Company Wallet is not in good standing, if there are insufficient Available Funds to cover any fees or if there are outstanding pending transactions or pre-authorized amounts awaiting settlement on the Company Wallet.

  • The Customer will not earn interest on the balance of the Company Wallet.

  • The Finnish Deposit Guarantee Fund does not apply to the Card or Company Wallet.

  • The Card is intended for use as a means of payment, and funds loaded onto the Card or Company Wallet does not constitute as a deposit.

  • The day of making the Deposit is considered to be the day when the Funds will be credited to the Company Bank Account or Company Wallet.

  • Company SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Company Common Stock and granted under any Company Stock Plan.

  • Company RSU means each restricted stock unit award relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under any Company Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and subject solely to service-based vesting requirements.

  • Company Warrant means a warrant to purchase shares of Company Capital Stock.

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • Company RSU Award means an award of restricted stock units relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Incentive Plan (including any dividend equivalent units credited thereon).

  • Company PSUs means the outstanding performance share units of the Company issued pursuant to: (i) the Company Legacy Equity Incentive Plan; and (ii) the Company PRSU Plan.

  • Company PSU means a restricted stock unit with respect to Common Stock that was granted subject to performance-based vesting conditions.

  • Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.

  • Subrecipient Parent DUNS Number means the subrecipient parent organization’s 9-digit Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number that appears in the subrecipient’s System for Award Management (SAM) profile, if applicable.

  • Vested Company Option means each Company Option outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time that is vested as of immediately prior to the Effective Time or will vest solely as a result of the consummation of the Merger.

  • Units serving lower income households means units that are occupied by lower income households at an affordable rent, as defined in section 50053 of the Health and Safety Code or, to the extent that the terms of federal, state, or local financing or financial assistance conflicts with section 50053, rents that do not exceed those prescribed by the terms of the financing or financial assistance.   • SpinCo Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SpinCo.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Restricted Share granted under one of the Company Stock Plans, as the case may be.

  • Parent Stock Price means the average of the volume weighted averages of the trading prices of Parent Common Stock on the NYSE (as reported by Bloomberg L.P. or, if not reported therein, in another authoritative source mutually selected by Parent and the Company in good faith) on each of the five (5) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day that is two (2) trading days prior to the Closing Date.

  • Company Optionholder means a holder of one or more Company Options;

  • Company Options means any options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Company Optionholders means the holders of Company Options.

  • Company Option Plans means the Company 1994 Incentive Stock Plan, the Company 1995 Outside Director’s Stock Option Plan and the Company 2004 Incentive Stock Plan.

  • Company Preferred Shares means, collectively, the Company Series A-1 Preferred Shares, the Company Series A-2 Preferred Shares, the Company Series B Preferred Shares, and the Company Undesignated Preferred Shares.

  • Common Stock Price means, with respect to the Company and each of the Peer Companies, as of a particular date, the average of the Fair Market Value over the 15 consecutive trading days ending on, and including, such date (or, if such date is not a trading day, the most recent trading day immediately preceding such date); provided, however, that if such date is the date upon which a Transactional Change of Control occurs, the Common Stock Price of a share of common stock as of such date shall be equal to the fair value, as determined by the Committee, of the total consideration paid or payable in the transaction resulting in the Transactional Change of Control for one share of Common Stock.

  • Company Preferred Stock means the Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.

  • Company Cash means all cash on hand or on deposit to the credit of the Company on the Closing Date;

  • Applicable Stock Price means, in respect of a Conversion Date, the average of the Closing Sale Prices per share of Common Stock over the five-Trading Day period starting the third Trading Day following such Conversion Date.
