Compensated Individual definition

Compensated Individual is defined as an individual whose compensation or compensation calculations are generated by the programs. The term Compensated Individual includes, but is not limited to, your employees, contractors, retirees, and any other Person. Computer: is defined as the computer on which the programs are installed.   • Qualified individual means an individual who:

  • Qualifying Individual means an individual aged 18 years or over who is deemed to be resident in the UK for tax purposes.
