Enterprise Edition definition

Enterprise Edition means the Enterprise edition of the Software;
Enterprise Edition means the Kubermatic Kubernetes Platform Enterprise Edition (EE) of Kubermatic Kubernetes Platform that includes certain premium features beyond the features of the Community Edition, and which is licensed under this XXXX, specifically Sections 2.1 to 2.3 of this XXXX.
Enterprise Edition means a license for the Software for use by a multiple persons within a single organization. The Software under the Enterprise Edition is licensed per seat (installation on a single computer) for a period of time, typically one (1) year. The time period may be extended by renewing the license at an additional cost. Enterprise Edition licenses provide access to all Maintenance Services.

More Definitions of Enterprise Edition

Enterprise Edition. This Agreement enters into force at the date written in the Invoice (the “Effective Date”). The term of this Agreement is written in the Invoice (the “Term”). This Agreement is terminated on the day of expiration of the Term. Your rights shall automatically and immediately extinguish without any prior notice from RCDevs if You fails to comply with the provision of this Agreement and at the expiration date of this Agreement.
Enterprise Edition. (also referred to as “EE”) means the Software Product previously referred to as “System Seven Network Edition” in the Prior EE Contract Order. Enterprise Edition includes two distinct deployment scenarios by customers (“Network-based Deployment” and “Server-based Deployment”) * This material has been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment and such request has been filed separately with the Commission which are marketed as separate products by Sprint but treated as one entity for the purpose of this Contract Order No. 2 (i.e. identical pricing, support and other terms apply to both). Specifications for Enterprise Edition are outlined in Section 4.
Enterprise Edition. One non-exclusive, royalty-free license to install and use on multiple machines which are identified by their hardware key, within a SINGLE organisations phone estate. For clarification Enterprise Edition cannot be used by service providers on multiple different client estates. Licenses are registered against the clusters of the single organisation up to a maximum of 10 clusters unless explicitly agreed by Unified FX Installer Editions: One non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to install and use on (nos of installs Purchased) machines which are identified by their hardware key. Once licensed to a particular machine, the license cannot be transferred or assigned without the explicit consent of Unified FX. You may make other copies of the Software for backup and archival purposes only.
Enterprise Edition means the Software with access to all its features. Feedback: means any suggestion, recommendation, feedback or idea related to the Software which is communicated to us by You or a User.
Enterprise Edition means the source and object code for the new enterprise version of the Retail Pro Software currently under development by RTI as of the Effective Date, which relies upon a different core database than the Retail Pro Software and is intended for users that have four (4) or more Inventories. Enterprise Edition also includes any technical documentation, design documents, instructions, and like materials regarding the Enterprise Edition.
