Compensation Units definition

Compensation Units means the 60,000 Units issued by the Corporation to FirstEnergy and Raymond James as payment of commission in connection with the February 2010 Private Placement;

Compensation Units has the meaning ascribed thereto in the fourth paragraph of this Agreement;

Compensation Units has the meaning given to that term on the second page of this Agreement;

Examples of Compensation Units in a sentence

• The dollar amount of an individual teacher's increase in salary will be based on the number of Compensation Units (CUs) the teacher earns.

• Where classes are taught by independent study, the faculty member shall be paid on the basis of the Moonlight pay or appropriate Adjunct Step A FCU Rate divided by 10 times the number of students times Faculty Compensation Units, provided that such calculations shall not exceed the amount derived from the Adjunct Faculty Salary Schedule Faculty Compensation Rate.

• By means of example and not limitation, if the Licensee elects to convert to a corporation pursuant to Section 4.16 of the Operating Agreement, the Compensation Units shall be determined and valued based on the new security ("New Shares") received by Licensee’s Common Shareholders.

• If such Capital Event involves the issuance of a new security to the Licensee’s Common Shareholders, then the security issued to the Licensee’s Common Shareholders shall become the basis for calculating the Compensation Units in accordance with the remainder of this Agreement.

• The Compensation Units shall be that amount represented by the number of New Shares that the University would have received had it actually held Common Shares equal to the Compensation Units prior to the Capital Event.
