Competition Season definition

Competition Season means any series of competitive Matches in the NPL-WA Competition within one calendar year;
Competition Season means the schedule of Regular Competition Games, Finals, Tournaments or Championships as organised and/or sanctioned by NZIHF or an NZIHF member organisation.

  • I acknowledge that bucking bulls and bull riding is, and has always been, an extremely dangerous activity, and that participation in and presence at a bull riding venue or event, in or out of competition bull riding events including but not limited to during the 2022 PBR Competition Season and PBR World Finals (if applicable), exposes me to serious hazards and risks to person and property.

  • PBR, however, reserves the right to enforce the terms and conditions of this 2021 PBR Rider Membership Application and 2021 Contestant Agreement for the 2021 PBR Competition Season and PBR World Finals, and Agreement to Arbitrate.

Competition Season means any series of competitive Matches in the NPLW WA Competition within one calendar year;

EXCEPT FOR TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY AND IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH A CANCELLATION, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS SHALL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, A NO-SHOW, DROPOUT OR SCRATCH AT A COMPETITION. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY PAYMENT FORFEITED TO OR RETAINED BY EPIC BRANDS SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES TO REIMBURSE EPIC BRANDS FOR THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THAT EPIC BRANDS INCURS IN SUCH CANCELLATION, AS THE PARTIES AGREE THAT IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE OR EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CALCULATE THE ACTUAL DAMAGES THAT EPIC BRANDS INCURS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions.
