Competition Season definition

Competition Season means any series of competitive Matches in the NPL-WA Competition within one calendar year;
Competition Season means the schedule of Regular Competition Games, Finals, Tournaments or Championships as organised and/or sanctioned by NZIHF or an NZIHF member organisation.

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY PAYMENT FORFEITED TO OR RETAINED BY EPIC BRANDS SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES TO REIMBURSE EPIC BRANDS FOR THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THAT EPIC BRANDS INCURS IN SUCH CANCELLATION, AS THE PARTIES AGREE THAT IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE OR EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CALCULATE THE ACTUAL DAMAGES THAT EPIC BRANDS INCURS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize.   • Competitive Position means any employment with a Competitor in which Executive will use or is likely to use any Confidential Information or Trade Secrets, or in which Executive has duties for such Competitor that relate to Competitive Services and that are the same or similar to those services actually performed by Executive for the Company;

  • Disparagement means making comments or statements to the press, the Company’s or its Affiliates’ employees, consultants or any individual or entity with whom the Company or its Affiliates has a business relationship which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect in any manner: (a) the conduct of the business of the Company or its Affiliates (including, without limitation, any products or business plans or prospects); or (b) the business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates, or any of their products, or their past or present officers, directors or employees.

  • Competition Law means any Law that prohibits, restricts or regulates actions having the purpose or effect of monopolization or restraint of trade or lessening of competition through merger or acquisition.

  • Home solicitation sale means a sale of goods or services of more than $25.00 in which the seller or a person acting for the seller engages in a personal, telephonic, or written solicitation of the sale, the solicitation is received by the buyer at a residence of the buyer, and the buyer's agreement or offer to purchase is there given to the seller or a person acting for the seller. Home solicitation sale does not include any of the following:
