Completion Date 1 definition

Completion Date 1 means the fifth Business Day following the day when the last of the Conditions Precedent 1 has been satisfied or waived, in accordance with this Agreement or at such other time as may be agreed in writing between QIWI and the Investor;
Completion Date 1 means the date on which an acceptance of a Completion Certificate is issued by Falkirk Council’s Building Standards Unit relative to the nth Unit in respect of which an acceptance of a Completion Certificate is so issued where “n” is a number equal to 34% of the number of Units the building of which is permitted in terms of the Further Planning Permission to which it relates and where “n” is a whole number or is rounded up to the nearest whole number;
