Completion Date 2 definition

Completion Date 2 means the fifth Business Day following the day when the last of the Conditions Precedent 2 has been satisfied or waived, in accordance with this Agreement or at such other time as may be agreed in writing between QIWI and the Investor;
Completion Date 2 means the date on which an acceptance of a Completion Certificate is issued by Falkirk Council’s Building Standards Unit relative to the nth Unit in respect of which an acceptance of a Completion Certificate is so issued where “n” is a number equal to 67% of the number of Units the building of which is permitted in terms of the Further Planning Permission to which it relates and where “n” is a whole number or is rounded up to the nearest whole number;

  • Provided, however, that the option may only be exercised by the giving of Notice of Intent to Exercise Option upon any one of the following: 1) not less than ninety (90) days prior to Completion Date; 2) not less than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the fifth year of the initial term of the lease; 3) not less than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the seventh year of the initial term of the lease; and 4) not less than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the tenth year.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Revenue Operations Date (ROD) means the date of operation of Metro

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Completion Payment means the payment for the 20% of the Charges for each Apprenticeship that under the ESFA Rules is only paid once an Apprentice takes their end point assessment, including as the case may be Apprenticeships funded by Transferred Levy Funds;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
