Compression Units definition

Compression Units means Inventory of a Borrower consisting of completed Compressor Packages held by such Borrower, either (i) for rental to USA Compression Partner’s customers in the ordinary course of business, as evidenced by such Compressor Packages either then being or previously having been rented or leased by a customer or under an executory contract to rent or lease by a customer, or (ii) for use by USA Compression Partners in providing compression services to its customers in the ordinary course of business, as evidenced by such Compressor Packages either then being or previously having been used by USA Compression Partners in providing compression services under a service contract with a customer or designated by USA Compression Partners for use under an executory contract for services with a customer. For avoidance of doubt, the term ‘Compression Units’ does not include any Inventory of a Borrower held by such Borrower for lease or rent to its Affiliate unless after giving effect to such lease or rent to such Affiliate such Inventory meets the requirement set forth in either subsection (i) or (ii) above.
Compression Units means completed Compressor Packages of any Borrowing Base Party held by such Person, for use by such Person in providing compression services to its customers in the ordinary course of business, as evidenced by such Compressor Packages either then being or previously having been used by such Person in providing compression services under a service contract with a customer or designated by such Person for use under an executory contract for services with a customer.
Compression Units means completed Compressor Packages of any of the Issuers or any Subsidiary Guarantor held by such Person, for use by such Person in providing compression services to its customers in the ordinary course of business, as evidenced by such Compressor Packages either then being or previously having been used by such Person in providing compression services under a service contract with a customer or designated by such Person for use under an executory contract for services with a customer.

Examples of Compression Units in a sentence

  • Borrower shall hold in trust for the Agent upon receipt and within five (5) Business Days after the execution thereof, or such later time as is acceptable to the Agent, deliver to the Agent all original contracts for the provision of compression services by Borrower to its customers in which Compression Units are utilized by Borrower.

  • No Loan Party shall purchase Compression Units or Heavy Component Inventory (other than to replace damaged, destroyed or inoperable Heavy Component Inventory), whether new or used, if Availability would be less than five percent (5%) of the Aggregate Credit Exposure, in each case, after giving effect to such purchase.

  • Whenever a Default or Unmatured Default exists and is continuing, and the Agent requests, at such other times as set forth herein, the Loan Parties shall, at their sole expense, provide the Agent with appraisals or updates thereof of their Compression Units from an Approved Appraiser, and prepared on a basis satisfactory to the Agent (which basis, in the absence of a Default or Unmatured Default that is continuing, shall for all purposes be the Net Orderly Liquidation Value thereof).

  • No Loan Party shall purchase Compression Units or Heavy Component Inventory (other than to replace damaged, destroyed or inoperable Heavy Component Inventory), whether new or used, if Availability would be less than 5% of the Aggregate Credit Exposure, in each case, after giving effect to such purchase.


More Definitions of Compression Units

Compression Units means Inventory of a Loan Party consisting of completed Compressor Packages held by such Loan Party, either (i) for rental to the Loan Parties’ customers in the ordinary course of business, as evidenced by such Compressor Packages either then being or previously having been rented or leased by a customer or under an executory contract to rent or lease by a customer or (ii) for use by the Loan Parties in providing compression services to their customers in the ordinary course of business, as evidenced by such Compressor Packages either then being or previously having been used by the Loan Parties in providing compression services under a service contract with a customer or designated by a Loan Party for use under an executory contract for services with a customer. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Compression Units” does not include any Inventory of a Loan Party held by such Loan Party for lease or rent to its Affiliate unless after giving effect to such lease or rent to such Affiliate such Inventory meets the requirement set forth in either subsection (i) or (ii) above.

Related to Compression Units

  • Emission unit means any article, machine, equipment, operation, or contrivance that emits or has the potential to emit any federally regulated air pollutant.

  • Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that is able to operate in cogeneration mode;

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • Energy Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy deliveries at a specified point on the Transmission System. Energy Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Energy Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

  • Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.

  • Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • LNG means liquefied natural gas.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Transmission Injection Rights means Capacity Transmission Injection Rights and Energy Transmission Injection Rights. Transmission Interconnection Customer:

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Merchant Transmission Facilities means A.C. or D.C. transmission facilities that are interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and that are so identified in Tariff, Attachment T, provided, however, that Merchant Transmission Facilities shall not include (i) any Customer Interconnection Facilities, (ii) any physical facilities of the Transmission System that were in existence on or before March 20, 2003 ; (iii) any expansions or enhancements of the Transmission System that are not identified as Merchant Transmission Facilities in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and Tariff, Attachment T, or (iv) any transmission facilities that are included in the rate base of a public utility and on which a regulated return is earned. Merchant Transmission Provider:

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR part 82, subpart G, with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/ ).
