CON definition

CON means collectively all Certificates of Need and Certificate of Need reports under Healthcare Requirements authorizing and permitting the use of the Healthcare Facility for its Approved Use.

CON means a certificate of need or other license or permit issued by a state health facilities planning board or similar agency or body required for the construction, expansion, or investment in a health facility.

More Definitions of CON

CON shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.2 hereof.

CON means a certificate of need or similar certificate, license or approval issued by the State Regulator for the requisite number of Residential Units in each of the Projects.

CON has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.1(c).

CON means a certificate of need or similar permit or approval (not including conventional building permits) from a Governmental Authority related to the construction and/or operation of Improvements at any Property for use for a specified number of beds in a Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility and/or Specialty Hospital, or alteration of any such Improvements or modifications of services provided at a Property used as a Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility and/or Specialty Hospital.

CON means any certificate of need or similar license which determines that there is a need for a healthcare facility at a particular location or within a certain geographic region.
