Conditional Redemption definition

Conditional Redemption means a redemption pursuant to a notice of redemption that provides that such redemption is subject to the occurrence of any event before the date fixed for such redemption as described in such notice of redemption.
Conditional Redemption means a redemption where the Issuer has stated in the redemption notice to the Trustee that the Issuer has retained the right to rescind the redemption, as further described in the Indenture. See the caption “The BondsNotice of Redemption” in the Official Statement.
Conditional Redemption has the meaning specified in Section 1104.

Examples of Conditional Redemption in a sentence

  • A notice of redemption may provide that it is subject to the occurrence of any event before the date fixed for such redemption as described in such notice ("Conditional Redemption") and such notice of Conditional Redemption shall be of no effect unless all such conditions to the redemption have occurred before such date or have been waived by the Company.

  • Further, in the case of a Conditional Redemption, the failure of the Commission to make funds available in part or in whole on or before the redemption date shall not constitute an Event of Default.

More Definitions of Conditional Redemption

Conditional Redemption means a redemption where the Trustee has stated in the notice of redemption that the redemption is conditioned upon deposit of funds as further described in Section 3.4.
