Credit may be withdrawn for Hirers failing to make payments or use the Equipment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Hire and a statement may be issued at that time requiring payment within 7 days of any amount due and owing.
Access may at any time vary the Hire Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions of Hire, by giving the Hirer 14 days' written notice of its intention to do so.
When The Authorised Person is signing the Booking Form on behalf of an Organisation, Club, Society, Association or Company he/she must have the authority to sign and bind the organisation to the Conditions of Hire.
