Hire Docket definition

Hire Docket means each docket (if any) issued by Access identifying, amongst other things, the Equipment, the Hire Period and the hire rate that will be charged under clause 3.4 hereof.
Hire Docket means the form issued by BOOM at the time a Purchase Order is submitted to BOOM and includes job details, Plant and Equipment and other details.

PPSR means the Personal Property Securities Register under the PPS Law.
