TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
CySEC means the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which is the Company’s supervisory authority.
ESP means the Company’s Executive Savings Plan.
CCA means the Connecting Care Act, 2019, and the regulations under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
STSMA means the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, as amended and include the Regulations issued under the said act;
RICO means the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act of 1970.
NCAA means the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and its successor. [If institution belongs to the NAIA, exchange the term NCAA with NAIA throughout the document and replace National Collegiate Athletic Association with National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics in the definition above.]
NCCPA means the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
SSP is the amount of the Salary Severance Payment, before the deduction of applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes;
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
NBC means the National Bank of Cambodia, and any successor thereto;
Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.
ATA means the Air Transport Association of America.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
ESMF means the framework dated, March 2007, prepared by the Recipient and approved by the Association, setting forth an environmental and social screening process that will enable Project implementers to identify and assess potential adverse environmental and social impacts, and offset and reduce them to acceptable levels, or enhance positive impacts, and in accordance with which ESMPs will be prepared and submitted to the Association for its approval, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association.
ESM means “Ex-Servicemen and their Wards” of Haryana.
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
PMAX means the maximum generator real power output reported in MWs on a seasonal basis.
ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.
HSA means the Healthy School Act, D.C. Law 18-209 passed by the City Council for the District of Columbia to establish local nutritional standards for school meals, and its subsequent amendments.
RCPSC means the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.
