Conference Week definition

Conference Week means March 8, 2020 through and including March 13, 2020. “Event” shall mean the 61st Experimental Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Conference, March 8 - 13, 2020. “Vendor” shall mean the entity, its parent corporation or any subsidiaries on whose behalf the Agreement was executed. “Space” shall mean the hospitality suite assigned to the Vendor by the Conference. • On or before January 15, 2020, company will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of total paid. • After January 15, 2020, no refunds.

Related to Conference Week

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

  • Conference center means a facility that:

  • Conference bridging service means an ancillary service that links two or more participants of an audio or video conference call and may include the provision of a telephone number. Conference bridging service does not include the telecommunications services used to reach the conference bridge.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;
