Pursuant to the terms of such sealing order applied for by Vendor, only the judge presiding over the receivership proceedings of Quattro, Vendor, Purchaser and their respective Representatives and the secured creditors of Quattro who have executed confidentiality agreements, and subject to the terms of those confidentiality agreements, shall have access to Vendor's Confidential Report and the confidential information contained therein.
