  • The Purchase Agreement shall become effective as to the Notes upon the execution hereof and execution of the Confirmation of Pricing applicable to such Notes by the District, and the Purchase Agreement, including the Confirmation of Pricing applicable to such Notes, shall be valid, binding and enforceable as to such Notes from and after the time of such effectiveness.
