Connected Account Data means data about Connected Accounts and Activity, which may include Protected Data and Stripe Data.

Connected Account Data means utility statements, account metadata, consumption and billing data collected from Connected Accounts used, for example, to confirm the utility serving an End User, what tariff they are served under, their monthly billed consumption (kWh), their billing totals (utility, retail supplier and/or gas charges) and billing history.

Examples of Connected Account Data in a sentence

  • Subscriber acknowledges that Polimorphic has no control over, or other ability or obligation with respect to the maintenance, upkeep, status or support of any Connected Accounts or other component thereof, including the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of any Connected Account Data.

  • Subscriber further acknowledges that, as a result, Polimorphic will not be liable for any inaccuracies, losses or other claims arising from or related to any notifications, results, records or other outputs created or provided by the Polimorphic Service (collectively, “Outputs”) that are based on the Connected Account Data.

Related to Connected Account Data

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Excluded Accounts means any deposit account or securities account used exclusively as (a) payroll and other employee wage and benefit accounts, (b) tax accounts, including sales tax accounts, (c) escrow, fiduciary or trust accounts, (d) zero balance accounts and (e) the funds or other property held in or maintained in any such account identified in clauses (a) through (d).

  • Data Processor means an entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.
