Stripe Data definition

Stripe Data means data that you obtain via the Services, including (a) information relating to Stripe API interactions via the Stripe Technology; (b) information Stripe uses for security or fraud prevention; and (c) all aggregated information Stripe generates from the Services.

  • You must implement and maintain safeguards and security controls that are reasonable for the size, nature and maturity of your business and industry to protect Verification Data and Stripe Data against unauthorised access, use and disclosure.

  • Stripe Radar Data is Stripe Data for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • As part of the Stripe Identity Services, unless the Stripe Identity Services Documentation specifies otherwise, or you instruct Stripe not to do so, Stripe may generate and provide to you verification results and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) results from any documents submitted through the Stripe Identity Services, which results are Stripe Data for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • You may use the Stripe Data that Stripe makes available to you in connection with the Stripe Identity Services solely for the underlying purpose you disclosed to Stripe when you were onboarded to use the Stripe Identity Services.

  • You may use the Stripe Data only as this Agreement and other agreements between Stripe and you (or their Affiliates) permit.

Related to Stripe Data

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.
