Connected Delivery Facility definition

Connected Delivery Facility shall have the meaning specified the Network Code; “D-1 Gas Day” shall mean the Day before the Gas Day;

Examples of Connected Delivery Facility in a sentence

  • The Individual System Entry Points at which a Connected Delivery Facility is connected to the Total System may form more than one System Entry Point.

  • For the purposes of this Section I a " Connected Delivery Facility" is a single facility or system (comprising pipeline(s), plant and/or other installations), operated by one person (or jointly operated by several persons), and connected to the Total System at one or more Individual System Entry Points.

For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Controlled delivery means the technique of allowing illicit or suspect consignments to pass out of, through or into the territory of one or more States, with the knowledge and under the supervision of their competent authorities, with a view to the investigation of an offence and the identification of persons involved in the commission of the offence.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
