D-1 Gas Day definition

D-1 Gas Day means the Day before the Gas Day;
D-1 Gas Day means the Day before the Gas Day D. Daily Flow Notification or DFN shall be the notification given by facsimile (or other agreed means) provided by the CSO to National Grid Gas showing the daily notifications as described in paragraph 2.2 of Appendix 3 and substantially in the form of Attachment A to Appendix 3. Data Items has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 2.5 of Annex C. Day means the period from 05:00 hours UTC (04:00 hours during daylight saving time (DST) periods) on one calendar day until 05:00 hours UTC (04:00 hours during daylight saving time (DST) periods) on the following calendar day. Direction means the direction of physical or commercial flow of Natural Gas at the CSP (and in relation to IP Capacity as defined in Appendix 6 means the direction of gas flow to which such capacity relates).

Examples of D-1 Gas Day in a sentence

  • On the D-1 Gas Day the Parties shall discuss the actual flow rate that will be available based on the predicted flow availability for the D Gas Day which takes into account predicted demand and weather.

  • The DFO shall notify the Network Operator at the earliest practicable opportunity but no later than 18:00 on D-1 Gas Day of the Expected Flow Rate and Expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity.

Related to D-1 Gas Day

  • Gas Day means a period of 24 consecutive hours beginning at the time of the applicable Transporter's gas day.

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • RFR Business Day means, for any Loans, Borrowings, interest, fees, commissions or other amounts denominated in, or calculated with respect to, Sterling, any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which banks are closed for general business in London.

  • Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and in New York City.

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Euro Business Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System, or any successor system, is open for business.

  • Valuation Business Day means, with respect to each Reference Currency, any day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which commercial banks are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close (including for dealings in foreign exchange in accordance with the practice of the foreign exchange market) in the city or jurisdiction indicated in the table below:

  • Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Exchange Business Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange and each Related Exchange are open for trading during their respective regular trading sessions, notwithstanding any such Exchange or Related Exchange closing prior to its Scheduled Closing Time.
