  • Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Consent Award, the provisions of this Consent Award with respect to Annual Leave, Annual Leave Loading, Sick Leave, Long Service Leave, Compassionate Leave, Parental Leave and Holidays shall apply to part-time employees on a pro-rata basis for each employee.
