Consent Parties definition

Consent Parties means (a) if prior to the Effective Date, the Chatham Parties and the Committee; provided, however, that the Chatham Parties’ consent rights shall only apply in the event that any proposed action or document has a material impact on the Chatham Parties; and (b) if on or after the Effective Date, the GUC Recovery Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the consent of both the Chatham Parties and the Committee shall be required in connection with the preparation of any documents contemplated by Article 6.12(e) of the Plan.
Consent Parties means, (i) so long as all Notes are held by no more than two Investor Groups the Managing Agent of each Investor Group and (ii) if the Notes are held by more than two Investor Groups, the Managing Agents representing the Investor Groups owning in the aggregate not less than 66 2/3rds of the Aggregate Principal Amount of the Notes.
Consent Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(d).

More Definitions of Consent Parties

Consent Parties means (i) with respect to CGC, CES, (ii) with respect to a Facility Owner, CGC and CES, and (iii) with respect to CES, CGC and the Facility Owner of the affected Facility.
