Consolidated Interest and Rental Expense definition

Consolidated Interest and Rental Expense means, for any period, all amounts recorded and deducted in computing Consolidated Net Income for such period in respect of interest charges and expense and rental charges for such period (whether paid or accrued, or a cash or non-cash expense, and in the case of rental payments, including the full amount of those payments made under operating leases or synthetic leases, but only the imputed interest under Finance Leases).
