Constituent Component definition

Constituent Component means all software (including operating systems, programs, packages and utilities), firmware, hardware, networking components, and peripherals provided as part of the configuration. The Company has inquired of material vendors as to their preparedness for the Year 2000 and has disclosed in the Registration Statement or Prospectus any issues that might reasonably be expected to result in any Material Adverse Change.

Constituent Component means all hardware or software of the Company used in the receipt, transmission, processing, manipulation, storage, retrieval, retransmission or other utilization of data or in the operation of mechanical or electrical systems of any kind.
