Construction Consultant Report definition

Construction Consultant Report means a written report from the Construction Consultant due to Lender on a specified predetermined day of each month acceptable to Lender.
Construction Consultant Report means a report by the Construction Consultant acceptable to Agent, based on the Construction Consultant’s review and observation of the Premises and the work related to the Required Improvements and related documentation, which addresses such matters pertaining to the completion, quality, scope, cost and value of the Required Improvements and such other matters pertaining to the Required Improvements as Agent may require.
Construction Consultant Report means the Construction Consultant Report as defined in Paragraph 13(i).

  • Lender, rather than Borrower or Manager, shall be responsible for obtaining the Lender's Construction Consultant Report; provided that Borrower or Manager shall be responsible to timely provide the Lender's Construction Consultant, at Borrower's sole cost, with all information and such access to the Premises as is required for producing same concurrently with the Initial Advance or any Subsequent Advance.

Related to Construction Consultant Report

  • Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Environmental Consultant has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(a).

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;
