Required Improvements definition

Required Improvements is defined in Section 2.
Required Improvements means the public and other improvements that the Developer is required to make to the Property in association with the Developer’s activities under the Permit Application and the Building Permit, including without limitation improvements for roads, signage, landscaping, drainage improvements, sidewalks, and utilities.
Required Improvements means a building or buildings comprised of the vertical construction, rising from the footprint of such building, and not including parking, landscaping, or other such amenities.

Examples of Required Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer shall include in the recorded CC&Rs for the Development that the homeowner’s association shall collect dues, a portion of which will be used for maintenance of the Required Improvements and open space.

  • The Developer further agrees to aid and defend the County in the event that the County is named as a defendant in an action concerning the Required Improvements provided by this Agreement to the extent the Required Improvements are not in conformance with the Recorded Improvement Plans, except where such suit is brought by the Developer.

  • The County shall have the right to draw from the financial security guarantee provided under Section 13 to cover the costs of completing or correcting the Required Improvements.

  • Developer agrees that the Required Improvements shall be installed in compliance with Teton County Standards and any other design or engineering standards of other agencies responsible for providing services to the Development.

  • The Developer shall complete construction of the Required Improvements within [18 months] after commencement of construction of such Improvements.


More Definitions of Required Improvements

Required Improvements means all servicing, repair, cleaning and maintenance and repairs of the FF&E to ensure that it is in good condition and repair and adequate for the provision of radiation oncology services by the Managed Practice; including but not limited to, maintenance of all radiation equipment by licensed professionals in accordance, in all material respects, with all laws pertaining to hazardous materials.
Required Improvements has the meaning given this term in Section 4.5.
Required Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 8.12.
Required Improvements means any permanent improvements constructed or installed as a result of any requirement imposed by any governmental agency.
Required Improvements modifications, alterations, additions or improvements to any GMA or REMA owned or leased project facility required (x) by Requirements of Law or by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction thereon, (y) by any insurance policy required to be maintained by GMA or REMA, as applicable, under any document related to the GMA Lease or REMA Lease, as applicable, or (z) by the terms of any document related to the GMA Lease or REMA Lease, as applicable.
Required Improvements modifications, alterations, additions or improvements to any MIRMA or REMA owned or leased project facility required (x) by Requirements of Law or by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction thereon, (y) by any insurance policy required to be maintained by MIRMA or REMA, as applicable, under any document related to the MIRMA Lease or REMA Lease, as applicable, or (z) by the terms of any document related to the MIRMA Lease or REMA Lease, as applicable.
Required Improvements means the Improvements, consisting of a senior housing and/or assisted living facility and related facilities and amenities, to be constructed on the Land in accordance with the Plans and all Legal Requirements.
