Construction document definition

Construction document means a written communication, picture, drawing, or other text or graphic communication related to a capital construction project.
Construction document references to equipment, materials or patented processes by manufacturer, trade name, make or catalog number may be permitted, unless indicated that no substitutes or alternates may be permitted, subject to the following:
