Warranty Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that, concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall enter into the Warranty Agreement. The cost of the first two (2) years of warranty coverage under the Warranty Agreement is included in the Purchase Price.

The Employee agrees not to use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information or data of any former employer or other third party in connection with the Employee's employment by the Employer.

Warranty Agreement. Subject to the limitations set forth herein, Old Dutchman’s Wrought Iron, Inc. guarantees our material and workmanship.
Warranty Agreement. This warranty covers your BodyCraft Strength Training System for as long as you own the equipment (the warranty is extended to the original owner only, and is non- transferable). The completed warranty card must be returned to BodyCraft with a copy of the sales receipt for the warranty to be in effect. This product is designed for home use. The warranty does not cover fitness products which are (1) used in a commercial environment or (2) subject to misuse, neglect, or accident, or unauthorized repairs or alterations; or (3) normal maintenence functions and (4) any labor charges. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. BodyCraft will not cover labor costs for items to be repaired. Since the machines are easy to build, and often replacement of parts are easy, they will supply parts, but will not cover labor costs if you should have the parts installed professionally.
Warranty Agreement. Phenix Led Saves uses only VEU or ESS approved high quality products for installation that comes with replacement warranty. The number of years for the warranty for different products can be found on the warranty period table provided below. The labor for the replacement of the faulty products to which the warranty applies will be supplied by Led Saves or its authorized agents when applicable. Any damage to the product due to misuse or negligence will not be covered by the warranty provided by Led Saves. Warranty period commences from the day of purchase or installation of the product. The warranty period commences from the date of delivery or installation of a product. In case the product was purchased, the customer must present proof of purchase to claim warranty. If products were installed by Led Saves’s contractors under government schemes, proof of installation might need to be provided to claim for warranty.
Warranty Agreement. The product is not rated for a marine environment and locations within 10km of the coast or susceptible to salt laden air are not covered in the warranty agreement. Warranty is not offered to clients located within 5km of the coastline.
4.1 Conditions to void the warranty
Warranty Agreement. This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc.(Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is lifetime of the original purchaser.
