Construction Manager Personnel definition

Construction Manager Personnel is any individual who is compensated by Construction Manager, or by a Subcontractor engaged by Construction Manager, for providing a service directly to MD Xxxxxxxx, whether or not that individual is present on MD Xxxxxxxx premises. Construction Manager Personnel may include consultants, service vendor employees, construction workers, and temporary personnel needed for staff augmentation.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Lead Contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a license by the Board to enter into contracts to perform lead abatements.

  • Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
