Temporary Personnel definition

Temporary Personnel as used herein means the Consultant’s employees assigned to perform services for City under this Master Agreement.
Temporary Personnel means any person who works for TimesSquare on a one-time or periodic basis who does not work for more than 90 continuous calendar days in the course of their employment at TimesSquare.
Temporary Personnel means any Employee who is employed for less than six (6) months in a given year. Six (6) months from the date of hire for said Employee, Employee shall become a permanent Employee or terminated. Such Employees shall not be terminated and rehired in order to circumvent the intent of this language.

Temporary Personnel means any person who works for TimesSquare on a one- time or periodic basis for less than 90 continuous calendar days in the course of their temporary employment at TimesSquare.
Temporary Personnel are persons hired by the Company to work for a period not to exceed ninety (90) calendars days from the commencement of their employment and who, prior to the commencement of actual work, have executed a written statement acknowledging such duration of employment. A person initially hired under such conditions may not actually work in excess of ninety (90) calendar days from the commencement of employment, except by the mutual written agreement of the Company and the Union.
Temporary Personnel means either:
Temporary Personnel. Both parties recognize that the use of temporary personnel is needed. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the reference to the term “temporary personnel” shall mean an individual who performs event specific work as determined by Metra Park management. Temporary personnel are not employees of Yellowstone County or Metra Park and are not eligible for fringe benefits from the County and will not be used to circumvent the hiring of regular employees. Conflicts regarding the intent of temporary personnel shall be resolved by Teamsters Local 190 and the Board of County Commissioners
