Construction & Operating Plan definition

Construction & Operating Plan means a forecast established by the parties for each year describing on a calendar month basis the requested level of production of Product from the Project for the following calendar year.

  • If Global does not approve the annual Construction & Operating Plan and Budget by December 15 of the applicable calendar year, Lodemo will continue to perform the Services and continue operations in accordance with the previous year’s Construction & Operating Plan and Budget, until such time as a new Construction & Operating Plan and Budget may be established through negotiation or according to dispute resolution methodology described in Section 15.

  • Information included in the annual Construction & Operating Plan and Budget, as well as all supporting data, formulas, calculations, and back-up information will be available for review at any time by either party and will be shared upon request by the parties.

  • Additionally, the bidder, and any of its employees or subcontractors, that requires physical or logical accessto the MDPD’s network must review the attached Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) CJIS SecurityAddendum (Annex A), and sign the FBI’s CJIS Security Addendum Certification upon completion of a fingerprint, criminal background check, proof of citizenship or authorization to be employed in the United States, and successful passing of the CJIS Security Awareness Test (Annex B), biennially.

  • Global must approve the Construction & Operating Plan and Budget in writing before they may be considered valid and before costs associated with the Construction & Operating Plan and Budget may be considered as Allowable Costs.

  • Lodemo shall, for each calendar year, provide Global with Lodemo’s proposed annual (i) Construction & Operating Plan and (ii) Project Operations & Capital Expenditure Budget (hereinafter the “Budget”).

  • Global’s comments may include questions, comments, objections or suggested modifications which Global may have with respect to such proposed plan and budget, and the parties shall cooperate with each other in developing a mutually acceptable Construction & Operating Plan and Budget.

  • The annual Construction & Operating Plan and Budget may be revised with the written consent of both parties during monthly reviews to reflect revisions necessitated by changed circumstances, including changes in law, scope, emergencies, and force majeure events.

  • The Global Project Manager’s function shall be to provide overall direction regarding the Project, including (i) the purchasing/leasing land, (ii) approving changes to the Budget, (iii) establishing overall practices and procedures for planting and harvesting Jatropha plants and seeds, and (iv) monitoring Lodemo’s progress in carrying out the Construction & Operating Plan.

Related to Construction & Operating Plan

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Constructional Plan means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Construction Zone shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.3 (i);

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.
