CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION DEBRIS definition

CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION DEBRIS means waste building materials resulting from construction remodelling, repair, or demolition operations, with sizes or volumes greater than those allowed in WASTE BINS.
CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION DEBRIS means “clean construction or demolition debris” as defined by the Act, or “general construction or demolition debris,” as defined by the Act, or any other type of waste that is defined under state or federal law in this category or a similar category during the term of this agreement.

CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION DEBRIS means solid waste containing a variety of materials resulting from the construction, demolition, remodeling or renovation of residential, commercial or industrial structures. Construction or demolition debris includes cement, concrete, asphalt, masonry debris as well as all wood products, drywall, roofing materials, insulation and any other product or material used in construction, or as a result of demolition.
CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION DEBRIS means solid waste resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, and demolition of structures. It includes but is not limited to: building materials, discarded furniture, asphalt, wall board, pipes, and metal conduits. It excludes: partially filled containers of glues, tars, solvents, resins, paints, or caulking compounds; friable asbestos; and other special wastes.
CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION DEBRIS means materials normally used in the construction of buildings, structures, roadways, walls and other landscaping material, including, but not limited to, asphalt, brick, mortar, drywall, plaster, cellulose, fibreglass fibres, gyproc, lumber, wood, asphalt shingles, metals and such other materials as may be permitted from time to time by regulation of the Province of Nova Scotia for disposal at a disposal site for construction and demolition materials;
