A Construction Order may often be called a “Construction Component Change Order,” “Component Change Order,” or “CCO” within the industry.
Written or graphic instruments issued by the Design Professional prior to the establishment of a Construction Order amount or GMP to which the addendum pertains, which clarify, correct, or change any of the component parts of the Contract Documents.
