Construction Phase Commencement Date definition

Construction Phase Commencement Date shall be established in GMP Amendment. Construction Contractor shall commence the Construction Phase Services portion of the Work within five (5) calendar days after the Construction Phase Commencement Date. No portion of the Work, with respect to the Construction Phase Services to be provided hereunder, shall be performed prior to the Construction Phase Commencement Date, unless expressly approved in advance by Owner in writing. The total period of time beginning with the Construction Phase Commencement Date and ending on the date of Substantial Completion, hereinafter defined, of the Work is referred to hereafter as the “Contract Time”. The Contract Time is set forth with more specificity in Subsection 7.B below.

Examples of Construction Phase Commencement Date in a sentence

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date. The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder.   • Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Policy Commencement Date means the date of commencement of the Policy as specified in the Schedule.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.

  • Pre commencement condition means a condition imposed on the grant of permission which must be complied with: before any building/ other operation/ or use of the land comprised in the development is begun.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
