Construction Portion definition

Construction Portion means that portion of an issue or the New Money Portion of a Multipurpose Issue at least 75% of the Available Construction Proceeds of which are to be used for Construction Expenditures with respect to property that is, or upon completion will be, owned by a Governmental Unit or a 501(c)(3) Organization and that finances 100% of the Construction Expenditures.
Construction Portion means as to any Site, that part of that Site as to which Construction is occurring and which is not Arco Operating Premises or Perox Xxxrating Premises or which is not subject to any Interim Permitted Lease.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.
