Consultant Group definition

Consultant Group means CONSULTANT, its SUBCONTRACTORS, its and their respective AFFILIATES, successors and permitted assignees.

Consultant Group means the Consultant and any subsidiary, affiliate and holding company of the Consultant and any subsidiary of such holding company (as such terms are defined in the Companies Act 1985 (as amended)), their respective subcontractors and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, for all of whom the Consultant is acting as agent and trustee.

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.

  • Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Designated Entity shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement. Direct Assignment Facilities:

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;

  • Affiliated Company means any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Employee means an employee of the Contractor directly engaged in the performance of work under the contract who has other than a minimal impact or involvement in contract performance.

  • Director means a member of the Board.
