Comply with the requirements of all Laws (including the USA PATRIOT Act, FCPA, Sanctions and Consumer Credit Laws) and comply with all orders, writs, injunctions and decrees of any Governmental Authority applicable to it or to its business or property, except in each case if the failure to comply therewith would not reasonably be expected individually or in the aggregate to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.14 hereto, the properties, assets and operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries are in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Worker Safety Laws, Environmental Laws and Consumer Credit Laws, except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company.
