Consumption Charges definition

Consumption Charges means the consumption of electrical energy in KWh or KVAh multiplied by applicable energy charges including demand charges/fixed charges, fuel surcharge adjustment (FSA), peak load exemption charges, whichever applicable. These exclude all types of duties and taxes, service charges and rentals. Consumption charges may also be called the Sale of Power (SOP) charges.
Consumption Charges means the Charge described by reference to the volume of water taken being either:

Examples of Consumption Charges in a sentence

  • If a Customer fails to facilitate Access by the expiration date set forth in the second written notice, the account will be subject to the imposition of Attributed Consumption Charges from the expiration date of the second written notice to the date the Customer facilitates Access in a manner acceptable to DEP.

  • The bill containing Attributed Consumption Charges and a third written notice requiring the Customer to facilitate Access to DEP within a fixed period of time will be sent by regular and certified mail to the Customer and other recipients noted above.

  • Attributed Consumption Charges DEP shall impose Attributed Consumption Charges for each applicable service where a Customer fails to provide and/or facilitate Access as required by DEP in a second written notice.

  • In such case, Attributed Consumption Charges will be based on an annual consumption rate of 200,000 gallons per year for the first residential unit and 170,000 gallons per year per unit for each additional unit after the first unit.

  • DEP shall impose Attributed Consumption Charges for each applicable service where a Customer fails to provide and/or facilitate Access as required by DEP in a second written notice.
