Consumption Fees definition

Consumption Fees means the amounts invoiced by Service Provider to Customer and payable by Customer to Service Provider for storage of data and information in the Hosted Solution in excess of the data storage limitation for the Hosted Solution.
Consumption Fees means the amounts payable by Customer for storage of data and information in the Hyland Cloud Service in excess of the data storage allocation set forth in the initial Purchase Table Schedule for the Hyland Cloud Service.
Consumption Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.

Examples of Consumption Fees in a sentence

  • Consumption Fees shall be determined based on Application Workloads that, when Used, have the Status of running (e.g., on).

  • The Subscription Fees, Consumption Fees, Token Price and Token Rate for third party applications that may be available on the Platform are priced independently.

  • Service Provider will invoice Customer for any Consumption Fees, monthly in arrears, promptly upon the end of the month to which such Consumption Fees relate.

The Consumption Fees shall accrue and be payable upon Use of any Application Workload by Managed Service Provider and shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Grass Valley’s invoice.

  • Consumption Fees will be due for a month if at any time during such month the amount of Customer Data stored in the Hosted Solution exceeds Customer’s then-current data storage allocation.

  • Grass Valley may unilaterally increase either the Platform Access Fee, any Subscription Fee, the Consumption Fees, the Token Price and/or the Token Rates not more than one time per twelve (12) month period upon ninety (90) days prior notice to Managed Service Provider.


More Definitions of Consumption Fees

Consumption Fees. Fees based on how many units used/ available to use (dependant on license method, and which includes any transaction based fees) per month (or other period) as set out on the Order Confirmation, and as updated from time to time in accordance with the Agreement. Contract Year: consecutive 12-month periods during the Term with the first such Contract Year commencing on the Commencement Date save that the final Contract Year shall end on the date of expiry or termination of the Agreement. Control: the beneficial ownership of more than 50% of the issued share capital of a company or the legal power to direct or cause the direction of the general management of the company (whether direct or indirect), and controls, controlled and the expression change of control shall be construed accordingly. Customer: the person identified as such on the Order Confirmation. Customer Data: any data, content or other information inputted or provided by or on behalf of the Customer (including by any user) for incorporation into or as part of use of any Cloud Software, including any information derived from such information. Consumption Fees means an amount of use to be invoiced by Dalet based on Company’s actual use of Dalet Services for the preceding period.

Related to Consumption Fees

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.
