Consumption Fees definition

Consumption Fees means the amounts invoiced by Service Provider to Customer and payable by Customer to Service Provider for storage of data and information in the Hosted Solution in excess of the data storage limitation for the Hosted Solution.
Consumption Fees means the amounts payable by Customer for storage of data and information in the Hyland Cloud Service in excess of the data storage allocation set forth in the initial Purchase Table Schedule for the Hyland Cloud Service.

More Definitions of Consumption Fees

Consumption Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Installation Fee means charges payable by the Customer for the installation of the service as provided in the Order Form;

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Sales Costs means all costs, direct and indirect, associated with a foreclosure sale by the City, including but not limited to: county recording fees, title reports or other means of identifying persons with interest in the property, title insurance, service and notification, publication and advertising, posting, sale, and staff salaries, including benefits and overhead.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.
