Content Rights definition

Content Rights means the copyright and other Intellectual Property rights to the audiovisual, audio and/or data materials, provided by us;
Content Rights means all rights in any Content in any medium throughout the world (including video cassettes, videodiscs (including DVDs and Blu-rays) and any other devices for reproducing visual images and sounds which may be played back by the use of a playback device and intended for sale or hire to the public for home use), except for: (i) the rights of any Platform Owner identified in this Agreement; and (ii) the Ancillary Rights.
Content Rights means the copyright and other intellectual property rights to all materials, including the content, constituting the MultiChoice Service;

  • To avoid doubt, this exclusive licence does not limit NZ On Air’s rights to the Content Rights under the Funding Agreement.

Content Rights means the copyright and other intellectual property rights to the audiovisual, audio and/or data material provided by MultiChoice or by Electronic Media Network Ltd, as the case may be;
