Home Use. The primary user of each computer on which the Software is installed or used may also install the Software on one home or portable computer. However another person may not use the Software on a secondary computer at the same time the Software on the primary computer is being used.

Home Use. 5.1 Home Use 6-12 devices will only be allowed to go home once the fees are paid and documents are signed (iAchieve iPad Use Agreement Form and Internet User Agreement-handbook). K-5 classroom devices will stay on school grounds.
5.2 Internet Access While at home, students are allowed to set up wireless networks on their devices to assist them with digital device use. Students will not be allowed to use a “hot spot” or similar product with any device on school grounds.
5.3 Parents are responsible for monitoring device use at home.
5.4 The device is to be used for student educational purposes only. All other procedures/guidelines apply.
Home Use. A. Tribal members are permitted to fish for home use in accordance with the provisions of this Section, and only when in possession of a valid home use license or Tribal ID issued by the appropriate Tribe.
B. Fish harvested for home use may not be sold.
C. In no instance may a commercial boat fish both commercial and home use nets at the same time. If such home use nets are fished by a commercial licensee, they must be labeled as home use and contain the same information as required for commercial nets.
Home Use. The student is permitted to take the iPad home at the end of the school day, on weekends and during breaks. Students that plan to return for the following school year are permitted to continue to use the iPad during the summer months.
Home Use. In some grades, the student may be allowed to take the device home at the end of the school day. Students in some grades may be able to keep their device over the summer, depending on the deployment schedules which are subject to change.

The Chromebook and other district-issued devices, email/Google accounts, are the property of the Bayport-Blue Point School District and, as a result, may be subject to inspection at any time. The student should have NO expectation of privacy of materials found on a District provided Chromebook, their Google Drive or gmail account. Supplied devices are an educational tool and not intended for personal use such as: gaming, social networking, or high end computing. Discuss with your children the values and standards they should follow on the use of the Internet. Students are allowed to set up access to home wireless networks on their Chromebooks. This will assist students with the ability to successfully complete, retrieve, access, etc., educational content used in classes with the Chromebook. The district’s technology policies must be followed at home and in all locations. The District provides content filtering both on and off campus, however, parents are encouraged to provide a safe environment for students to use their Chromebooks at home for school assignments.
Home Use. Away from school, students will log into their iPad using the same username and password they use at school. A designated area on the hard drive will be available for storing school-related files; backup of any data stored on iPad is the responsibility of the student.
Home Use. Excess downloading of apps at home, photographs and videos can overload the iPad’s storage capacity. This will impact the use of the iPad at school. - School-produced work and other items (including photos/ videos) should not be deleted unless instructed by the teacher. - Parents should consider their own home filtering options to limit website access. Ensure that you do not lock Safari, as this access is required at school. For additional help see the guide: ‘Required iPad Settings 2018’. Please ensure you have ongoing discussions with your child about cyber safety. - iPad use should be constantly monitored for appropriate use and time spent on the device. Consider keeping the iPad out of bedrooms in order to monitor when and how the iPad is being used. - All apps and content (including photos/video) stored on the iPad are to be age- appropriate for the student user and not include sensitive family photos.
