Home Use. The primary user of each computer on which the Software is installed or used may also install the Software on one home or portable computer. However another person may not use the Software on a secondary computer at the same time the Software on the primary computer is being used.
Home Use. Except as otherwise expressly provided with respect to a specific License Type, the Software may not be Used on your home Computer or outside the Licensee’s business.

Home Use. 5.1 Home Use 6-12 devices will only be allowed to go home once the fees are paid and documents are signed (iAchieve iPad Use Agreement Form and Internet User Agreement-handbook). K-5 classroom devices will stay on school grounds.
5.2 Internet Access While at home, students are allowed to set up wireless networks on their devices to assist them with digital device use. Students will not be allowed to use a “hot spot” or similar product with any device on school grounds.
5.3 Parents are responsible for monitoring device use at home.
5.4 The device is to be used for student educational purposes only. All other procedures/guidelines apply.
Home Use. The student is permitted to take the iPad home at the end of the school day, on weekends and during breaks. Students that plan to return for the following school year are permitted to continue to use the iPad during the summer months.
Home Use. A. Tribal members are permitted to fish for home use in accordance with the provisions of this Section, and only when in possession of a valid home use license or Tribal ID issued by the appropriate Tribe.
B. Fish harvested for home use may not be sold.
C. In no instance may a commercial boat fish both commercial and home use nets at the same time. If such home use nets are fished by a commercial licensee, they must be labeled as home use and contain the same information as required for commercial nets.

This will impact the use of the iPad at school. - School-produced work and other items (including photos/ videos) should not be deleted unless instructed by the teacher. - Parents should consider their own home filtering options to limit website access. Please ensure you have ongoing discussions with your child about cyber safety. - iPad use should be constantly monitored for appropriate use and time spent on the device. Consider keeping the iPad out of bedrooms in order to monitor when and how the iPad is being used. - All apps and content (including photos/video) stored on the iPad are to be age- appropriate for the student user and not include sensitive family photos.
Home Use. The primary user of a computer on which a copy of the Software is installed or which runs the Software over an internal network may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable or home computer provided that: (a) the total number of second copies made by Your Users may not exceed the number of licences acquired by You; (b) You must maintain records to demonstrate that You are in compliance with the limitation expressed in (a) above.
