Content Security Updates definition

Content Security Updates are new versions of the Software’s content security component(s) also known as pattern files or definitions.
Content Security Updates or “Pattern Files” means, for the Trend Micro Software, final versions of new pattern or signature files or rules, released by Trend Micro during the term of this Agreement. Authorized User must routinely download Content Security Updates from Trend Micro's web site for the most effective operation of the Trend Micro Software. Some Content Security Updates or Pattern Files may require the deployment of new scan engine components for the Software.
Content Security Updates are new versions of the Software’s content security component(s) also known as pattern files or definitions. “Service Updates” are enhancements to the databases, heuristics or underlying technology of the Services. Service Updates are implemented without end user action.

Examples of Content Security Updates in a sentence

  • During the Evaluation Period, You may be entitled to web or email based technical support in the country where You are located and to Minor Product Updates, Content Security Updates and Service Updates, if applicable.

  • Minor Product Updates, Content Security Updates and updates to the Software’s scan engine components must be routinely installed from Trend Micro’s Website for the Software to operate effectively.

  • Content Security Updates, service databases, heuristics and definitions are designed to identify, block and/or remove applications, messages and files that may compromise productivity or the performance and security of MSP Reseller and/or MSP’s End Customers’ networks.

  • ATTACHMENT A Premium Support LEVEL ONE SUPPORT Trend Micro shall provide (i) information, by telephone, facsimile and email to Customers regarding the installation and operation of the Trend Micro Product, and (ii) Content Security Updates to Customers promptly after Trend Micro makes such Content Security Updates available to Customer.

  • For the purposes of this section, Disabling Device does not include any Trend Micro Software feature that disallows any downloads of Content Security Updates or Product Updates upon the expiration of Renewal Maintenance or virus disabling feature.

  • Authorized User acknowledges that any failure to do so may significantly decrease its ability to mitigate any harm or damage arising from any problem or error in the Trend Micro Products and Content Security Updates or the provision of services under this Agreement.

  • Under Level Two Support, Trend Micro will either deliver to Customer or make available to Customer for downloading from Trend Micro’s web site(s) Content Security Updates and Product Updates at the same time it distributes and/or makes such Content Security Updates and Product Updates available to its other similar Customers.

  • Since only the Authorized User, not Trend Micro, can know the value of its computer systems and data, only the Authorized User can implement back-up plans and safeguards appropriate to its needs in the event that an error in the Trend Micro Product and Content Security Updates causes computer problems or data loss.

  • Content Security Updates and service databases are designed to identify, block and/or remove applications, messages and files that may compromise productivity or the performance and security of Authorized User Computers and networks.

  • After the expiration of an initial Maintenance term, any Renewal Term or annual subscription term, as applicable, Authorized User has no right to download, install or use Product Updates, Content Security Updates, receive technical support, or access or use Trend Micro Software- Based Services without purchasing renewal Maintenance or an additional annual subscription term from an Authorized Reseller.

Related to Content Security Updates

  • Development Security means (i) cash or (ii) a Letter of Credit in the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet.

  • Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

  • Patent Security Agreements means the Patent Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

  • Component Security means with respect to an Index, each component security of that Index.

  • Payment Security Mechanism shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 10.4 of this Agreement;

  • Investment security means a marketable obligation in the form of a bond, note, or debenture, commonly regarded as an investment security and that is salable under ordinary circumstances with reasonable promptness at a fair value.

  • U.S. Government Securities Business Day means any day except for (a) a Saturday, (b) a Sunday or (c) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • Client Securities Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Securities) Rules (Cap 571H of the Laws of Hong Kong).

  • Patent Collateral means all Patents, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the Company that are associated with the Business.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Periodic Updation means steps taken to ensure that documents, data or information collected under the CDD process is kept up-to-date and relevant by undertaking reviews of existing records at periodicity prescribed by the Reserve Bank.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Equivalent Security means any Security issued by the same entity as the issuer of a subject Security, including options, rights, stock appreciation rights, warrants, preferred stock, restricted stock, phantom stock, bonds, and other obligations of that company or Security otherwise convertible into that Security. Options on Securities are included even if, technically, they are issued by the Options Clearing Corporation or a similar entity.

  • Letter of Credit Collateral has the meaning provided in Section 6.4.

  • Approved Book-Entry System for Commercial Paper means a system maintained by the Custodian or by a subcustodian employed pursuant to Section 2 hereof for the holding of commercial paper in book-entry form but only if the Custodian has received a certified copy of a resolution of the Board approving the participation by the Trust in such system.

  • Security Bond means an amount payable by a tenant as security for the performance of his obligations under a residential tenancy agreement, including an amount referred to in section 29(1)(b)(ii);

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Government Security means any security issued or guaranteed as to principal or interest by the United States, or by a person controlled or supervised by and acting as an instrumentality of the Government of the United States pursuant to authority granted by the Congress of the United States; or any certificate of deposit for any of the foregoing.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Bank Product Collateralization means providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Bank Product Providers (other than the Hedge Providers) in an amount determined by Agent as sufficient to satisfy the reasonably estimated credit exposure with respect to the then existing Bank Product Obligations (other than Hedge Obligations).

  • H.15 Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/H15/ update, or any successor site or publication.
