Continuation Area definition

Continuation Area means an additional area outside of the Payer Plan’s service area within which Payer furnishes or arranges for the furnishing of Covered Services to Medicare Members who move outside of the Payer Plan’s service area.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Action area means all areas to be affected directly or indirectly by the Federal action and not merely the immediate area involved in the action (50 CFR 402.02).

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.
