Continuation Resolution definition

Continuation Resolution means the special resolution of the Envoy Shareholders approving the Continuation;
Continuation Resolution means the special resolution of Softlab9 Shareholders to approve the Continuation;
Continuation Resolution means the resolution to be adopted by the Company in respect of the continuation of WSP Global under the CBCA as a condition precedent to the Arrangement;
